Located in the 102 Plaza (across from McDonald's), Capri Pizza serves good NY style pizza. Besides pizza, they serve subs, calzones (pizza pockets), salads, pasta dinners, appetizers, wings, dessert (cannolis), and bottled beverages from the cooler. It's an order at the counter place with painted red picnic tables in the dining area. That's right, picnic tables indoors!!
On my last visit, I ordered a special: 2 Slices of Cheese Pizza & 20 oz bottled Coke for $4.60 (tax included), which is served all day. The NY style pizza slices served here are big. Because the pizza slices were reheated in the oven, the thin crust was not soggy, and very clean to eat when folding the slice. Tasted pretty good!!
I've also had the Spaghetti & Meatballs ($6.00 tax included) served with toasted buttered garlic bread. The Spaghetti was soft, the tomato sauce was sweet, and the 3 homemade meatballs were seasoned and good. The service here was quick each time

There are many place to chose from in hudson to get pizza but Capri's NY style pizza is my favorite. Their Giant 20inch is a great value. The owner is very friendly and makes me feel welcome when I come in. The service has changed a lot over the past year and very happy with service I get when I order each week

literally and figuratively! Great Capri pizza Ny style pizzeria" . Set up so you order/pay at the counter then grab a table wherever you'd like. First hint of it's greatness was the aroma upon entering. When the pizzas we ordered arrived at the counter I wasn't expecting much however, with each bite it just got better and better. The hand-tossed crust is phenomenal, just phenomenal. The sausage on our 'combo' pie was really loaded with flavor. I'd love to be able to tell you how it is cold (as leftovers) but there was no chance any of it had at making it out of the restaurant. I'm not normally a huge fan of thinner crust pizzas but this place is going to be dangerous for me in the future. Fried dough wasn't bad either. Capri is going on my favorites list.As far as the staff you can tell its a great family owned business
